Meet Helen

Sweet Helen is a very scared senior kitty who came to us from an animal control facility in New Jersey. She had been found as a stray hiding under someones car. 

The shelter thought she was blind so they called us. We believe she has some sight.

 She is terrified most of the time.

According to her paper work poor Helen had been living in a cage for 5 months, we are sure that she had minimal human contact. She seems to be coming around to the idea of people, but she is still pretty scared.

 She is out of a cage and in her room, she doesn't seem to mind the other cats.

We are so grateful to have gotten the chance to know sweet Helen, she still has a long way to go but with time and love we are confident that she will come out of her shell and warm up to us.
