Meet Natasha
Natasha came to us in 2009 from South Carolina
Her and her sister Olivia (who is also here at BCR) were found as strays with bad eye infections. The women that found them was also a foster for her local rescue. The rescue helped her get them fixed and healthy and the women was keeping them for the time being. She ended up getting ill and being committed to a long time stay in a mental institution. Her soon to be ex-husband decided to sell the house while she away, he called the rescue and told them they had 2 days to come get all the cats or he would dump them at the pound. There were now 18 cats lives at risk!
The rescue did not have foster homes for 18 cats! Luckily one of the volunteers took all the cats and set them up in crates in her garage. She immediately went on the internet looking for help, she asked us if we could take 2 blind ones and a few days later she drove them to us!
Natasha is a very sweet girl, she is a little shy, but she loves attention!
It is all thanks to wonderful people just like you that we could give her and 100 other cats a safe and loving forever home! Thank you all so much!
